Step 1

Schedule a call with us to discuss what you need help with, and we'll set up a date for your one-on-one, hands-on session at your location.

Step 2

We'll spend the day together: discussing your goals for your new employees, reviewing your current efforts and interviewing various people in your organization.

Step 3

Forty-eight hours later we present you with a design of your new and improved onboarding program and a detailed plan to develop it, including development steps, components, a way to train managers and how to measure the program for continuous improvement.

Optional: For three months following your session, we support you with bi-weekly calls as you execute your plan, so you're never far from expert advice and coaching!
